During grading periods, transcripts will be held until all grades are posted.

Your authorization is required in order to release your transcript records. You can do this electronically via the web, on paper via mail or fax, or in person in Lyons Hall. Requests received via the web are faster, easier, and more secure. There is no charge for transcripts.

Requesting a Transcript via the Web

Current Students or Employees with Agora Access

Use the transcript request and transcript status tracking features in Agora. Log on to Agora and look for the transcript items in your menu. Review the information on the screen, add any additional information, and submit your request. Your request will be received immediately and processed as soon as possible. Use the status tracking page to follow your request. Your password acts as the authorization to release your record.

Alumni

Alumni with Online Community Access

If you are already a registered member of the Alumni Association's Online Community, you can easily submit your transcript request by logging in and following the directions.

Alumni without Online Community Access

If you are not a registered member of the Alumni Association's Online Community, you may become one here or you may submit a Transcript Request Form (PDF) to the Office of Student Services in Lyons Hall. However, if you are not a registered member and do not have a password to authorize the release of your records, you must complete your request by printing the request page, signing the page, and sending the page to Boston College (address below).

What are other benefits of becoming a member of the Online Community? You can look up classmates, update your address, sign up for a permanent BC email address, and become eligible to enter many contests to win BC "stuff."
